Moshe Muro was born in Minsk (White Russia) in 1888-1957, was an artist, sculptor and painter, a successor to Boris Shen and Ze'ev Raban. He founded the "Amulets" workshop at Bezalel in Jerusalem and was engaged in the creation of amulets in stone and reliefs. He founded a group at Bezalel that created jewelry and amulets for medallions, brooches and miniatures with Jewish motifs.
In January 1921, Muro was elected to be a member of the board of the "Bezalel School Association".
