In 1976, Batsheva and Yitzhak Cohen Arazi founded "Tov Eretz", a workshop for glass artwork. In doing so, he hoped to combine his work, producing laboratory instruments at Bar Ilan University, with his love of creativity, aesthetics and beauty.
In 1985, Yitzhak realized another dream, technological development, and turned the workshop into a professional enterprise. Thus, the H.D.K. Technologies company was established in Moshav Sade Hemed, (named after his daughters: Keren, Dana and Hadas). It specialized in the production of glassware for laboratories and medical facilities, and providing services to technology companies in the fields of biology and optics, producing prototypes for the purpose of testing and developing devices.
At Hanukkah in December 2022, Itzik participated in Ravit Levy's project
'The Light of Ori' at the Caesarea Port. At the event, Itzik Arazi blew glass spinning tops in the "Speculo" studio throughout the event (wow!!!).
