A small family business established 25 years ago to design and manufacture jewelry. Over the years, they have entered the field of Judaica, adding a large collection of products that includes hand-made spinning tops from various metals: brass, copper, bronze, and silver. The products are offered for sale through the store at Marmalade Market
The story of Works&Crafts begins with the late Yitzhak Dar, who was an artist goldsmith and owner of a gallery in Kikar Kedumim in Old Jaffa. He made ONE OF A KIND jewelry that was flaunted by, among others, the wives of diplomats of that period. In addition to jewelry, he also designed and produced unique Judaica products. Zohar, his grandson, was an apprentice of grandfather Yitzhak and learned the secrets of the profession. Later, he received as a gift the workshop that also included the one-of-a-kind tools that grandfather Yitzhak made for himself, tools that are still used today. His grandson Zohar and his partner Galit have been in the field for nearly 25 years. They started with jewelry and added Judaica items over the years.
