About 300 people with disabilities work in the Ragnitz workshops. There are many different work areas: for example, the carpentry, the kitchen or various assemblies. Each employee must receive appropriate work. The workshop also includes the field of professional training, receiving orders from other companies and completing these orders. There are many different jobs in the workshop. Everyone receives a suitable task. The employees are allowed to choose a work area.
