The artist and creator of Yushkevich Leonid, known as "Grandpa Geppetto", is a family business of a father and daughter. Located in Karmiel. Leonid carves wood with great love and amazing precision, and Tal Beitu is responsible for the rest. All the spinning tops are made from natural wood branches and are handmade.
Leonid has been carving wood for nearly 50 years, and makes magical wooden spinning tops and other tools with meticulous handwork and lots of love for wood. One of the most important values for him and his family is the value of sustainability.
