Konstantinos Mogoulias was born in Piraeus in 1968 and grew up in a small village near Kalvarieta. He finished school and at the same time learned the beauty of wood from his grandfather. He studied archaeology (1987-1994) at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and worked as an archaeologist in excavations until 2000.
